Cleaner job summary

We are looking for reliable, diligent and enthusiastic people to work as part of our cleaning team. With the team, you will be responsible for the cleanliness and tidiness of the school premises, ensuring the children and staff can enjoy the learning environments.

The successful applicants must have a general knowledge of cleaning and good communication skills. Training in the use of equipment will be provided. It is important that our students have the best learning environment and our cleaners provide a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness throughout our school buildings to meet this need. The cleaning will have a focus on classrooms, toilets and communal areas. Experience as a cleaner is desirable but not essential.

We have 2 positions working 16 hours per week (15.15 – 18.30 daily Mon – Thurs 15.15 -18.15 Fri). You will be working during school Term Time plus 2 weeks in the school holidays.
