We are currently looking to expand our permanent cleaning team at Sprowston Community Academy. If you are enthusiastic, friendly, self-motivated and conscientious and would like to join our estates team as a cleaner then please read on. We are seeking individuals who will take responsibility for ensuring the school building and facilities are clean, tidy and well maintained to a high standard at all times. Duties include polishing, emptying bins, cleaning floors and ensuring dispensers and cleaning consumables are replenished and available. Successful applicants are likely to be approachable, professional and reliable and able to work both independently and as part of a busy team.

The hours for this post will be 15 hours per week, term time plus 4 weeks* worked Monday – Friday 3.30pm - 6.30pm. (*Please note holiday working is arranged with some flexibility to suit both employee and business needs)
