We are seeking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic cleaner to join our friendly cleaning team working 15 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 3.30pm-6.30pm, term time plus 1 week (Additional hours may be available to complete deep cleaning during school holidays).
Working under the direction of the Cleaning Supervisor and Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning designated areas within the academy, individually or as part of a team, to ensure they are kept in a clean and hygienic condition. This may include the following tasks:
- Mopping
- Sweeping
- Vacuuming
- Buffing
- Polishing and dusting
- Emptying litter bins
- General cleaning duties
The successful candidate will need to provide an outstanding service and maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times. You will also have an awareness of health and safety responsibilities and an eagerness to gain experience and to participate in staff training as and when required.
