We are seeking to recruit a Cleaner to join our school and compliment the present school staff. As a member of the premises staff the successful candidate will work under the overall direction of the Headteacher and alongside the premises team to ensure the school is a clean environment in which to work and learn.

JOB PURPOSE
It is essential that all members of staff respect the confidentially and integrity of the Trust at all times.
As a member of the Premises staff you will, under the overall direction of the Headteacher but line-managed by the Site Manager, you will:
• Ensure that the school is a clean environment in which to work and learn.
JOB SPECIFICATION
• Clean, mop, vacuum your assigned area(s) as agreed with the Site Manager.
• Ensure that all disposable goods (e.g. toilet paper and soap) are topped up as applicable.
• Take part in the ‘high clean’ during the summer holiday period as directed by the Manager
• Be aware of and adhere to relevant Health and Safety Regulations.
• To undertake any other duties as requested by the Headteacher, these duties may change from time to time without changing their general character or level of responsibility
