What skills and experience we're looking for

A working knowledge of health and safety that they can apply to the role.
An ability to establish positive relationships with others to work as part of the wider site team.
Knowledge of cleaning methods and an understanding of using cleaning equipment would be desirable

We're seeking to appoint two cleaners to join our team at Tyneview Primary School. You will work to maintain a clean, hygienic environment for our learners, which will include cleaning designated areas in line with a schedule. Duties will include; cleaning, washing, sweeping, vacuum cleaning, emptying of bins, polishing and dusting.

This post is 10 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 3:15pm - 5:15pm. The start date for this post is as soon as possible.

Tyneview Primary School is a single form entry school catering for primary-aged children from 2 – 11 years old with an Additional Resources Provision for up to 10 pupils. Our school motto is ‘maximising potential’ which we do through delivering a high-quality and relevant curriculum for all.
