William Howard School is a school very much at the heart of the local community it serves. It has a long and proud tradition of educating and inspiring the children of our local surrounding area. We are seeking to employ a cleaner to undertake the following duties:

  • General cleaning duties will include vacuuming, floor mopping, dusting, emptying bins etc.
  • Ensuring that areas are cleaned regularly and to the highest standards at all times
  • Maintaining health and safety standards and complying with relevant risk assessments
  • Ensuring equipment is cleaned, maintained and stored correctly

The successful candidate will:

  • Awareness of Health & Hygiene procedures
  • Willingness to attend and participate in training
  • Able to identify own training needs and co-operate with means to address these
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to relate well to children
