C05 36.25/37 x 44.8/52.143 x £21,575 (full time) = £18,160.97
C06 36.25/37 x 44.8/52.143 x £21,968 (full time) = £18,491.78)

HOURS:36.25 hours per week
Split shifts: Mon-Fri 4:45am to 8:45am (4 hours) and 3:45pm to 7pm (3.25 hours)
- show an understanding of Health, Safety & security issues in schools
- have an understanding of basic cleaning chemicals and their appropriate use in accordance with COSHH Regulations
- organise your own work, prioritise tasks and keep to deadlines
- work independently & supervise the work of a team
- demonstrate good communication & literacy skills, both verbal & written
- show a 'can do' attitude
- deal with & resolve queries, complaints & requests for information
- be trustworthy, honest, reliable, good timekeeper and able to work under pressure
- willingness to work early mornings and evenings
You should ideally have
- a minimum of 2 years' experience as a cleaner in an educational establishment or public building
- experience of supervising cleaning staff, ideally in an educational establishment
- a first aid qualification or willingness to attend training to gain a qualification asap
- Local Government Pension Scheme with generous 22.6% employer contribution
