Term Time plus four weeks; part-time - permanent

15 hours per week; Monday to Friday from 3:30pm to 6:30pm

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, friendly, self-motivated and conscientious Cleaning Supervisor at Martham Academy.  We welcome applicants with leadership experience working within a cleaning supervisory role ideally within a school environment.  It is essential that applicants have good administrative, communication and ICT skills along with a good understanding of Health and Safety and COSHH regulations.

This is a supervisory role supporting the cleaning team to provide & maintain a high quality cleaning service across the whole school, therefore applicants must possess excellent attention to detail and organisational skills along with a flexible approach and the ability to work independently and as part of a busy team.  Personal qualities are of paramount importance and the person appointed will be expected to be approachable, professional, flexible and reliable.

Broad Horizons Education Trust is a multi-academy Trust comprising of 18 schools across Norfolk,  which educate 7,500 children and young people and employ nearly 1200 people.

The hours for this post will be 15 hours per week, term time plus 4 weeks worked Monday – Friday 3.30pm to 6.30pm  Flexibility is essential to cover absence.
