We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, friendly, self-motivated and conscientious Cleaning Supervisor to join Sprowston Academy. We welcome applicants with leadership experience working within a cleaning supervisory role ideally within a school environment. It is essential that applicants have good administrative, communication and ICT skills along with a good understanding of Health and Safety and COSHH regulations.
This is a supervisory role leading the cleaning team to provide & maintain a high quality cleaning service across the whole school, therefore applicants must possess excellent attention to detail and organisational skills along with a flexible approach and the ability to work independently and as part of a busy team. Personal qualities are of paramount importance and the person appointed will be expected to be approachable, professional, flexible and reliable.
Sprowston Community Academy is a growing 11-18 school serving the North-east of Norwich. The hours for this post will be 27.5 hours per week, term time plus 4 weeks worked Monday – Friday 1.30pm – 7.00pm. Flexibility is essential to cover absence.
