Clerical Assistant Level1 job summary
We are seeking a proactive and organised professional to join our team at Pastures Way Nursery. You will become an essential part of our team and be supported within a friendly staff environment.
You will provide clerical, administrative and receptionist support to the nursery.

Your Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for parents and visitors, staff the school switchboard
- Be friendly and calm when liaising with parents, staff and visitors
- Maintain computerised systems, pupil data, attendance registers and contact parents for pupil absence
- Maintain accurate records
- Handling a range of administrative tasks with professionalism
- Follow school policies and procedures
- Organise and manage your own time

The appointed candidate will have experience in a school environment, knowledge of schools databases would be ideal. Maths and english
Hours of work will be8.00am - 4.00pm, Monday to Friday, term time only.
