PA to Governors job summary
Term-time only plus 10.5 hours (an average of 5.25 hours a week)
We are seeking to recruit a Clerk/PA to Governors to provide advice to the governing body on governance, statutory and procedural matters; to provide effective administrative support to the governing body and its committees; and to manage information effectively in accordance with legal requirements.
This position involves attending the school for meetings and also working flexibly from home. Please be aware the meetings are often held at 3pm.
The successful candidate will have a proven high standard of communication along with excellent ICT and organisational skills. Confidentiality is essential, as is the ability to be flexible and to work on your own initiative.
