What skills and experience we're looking for
Are you an inspirational leader, looking to join a highly committed and enthusiastic team in our successful, supportive and dynamic school?
As a Cluster Leader you will have a higher responsibility than a Teacher for curriculum, assessment, moderation, enrichment, data gathering, nurture/behaviour, parental matters (supporting the Family Adviser), and day to day staff team management.
Cluster Leaders report to (and deputise for as appropriate) the relevant Assistant Head teachers who retain overall responsibility for Teacher performance and student progress in liaison with the Cluster Leaders. The Cluster Leaders are the first point of contact for other Teachers in the department and deal with the majority of minor operational matters.
