What skills and experience we're looking for
- Experience in a building/site maintenance or facilities management role including forward planning and problem solving
- Ability to prioritise and manage workflow to meet target objectives, whilst maintaining a flexible approach to respond to urgent requests
- Good knowledge of building maintenance issues, and experience of delivering effective solutions
- Ability to line manage people directly and indirectly

For those of you who are not familiar with the school, Cuddington Croft is a two-form entry primary school catering for 3 to 11-year-olds, with just under 500 children on role.
