What skills and experience we're looking for
The Chalklands Cluster (Cluster 5) of GLF Schools is looking to appoint a reliable and efficient Premises Manager to help maintain and oversee its school sites in and around the Caterham area. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a growing Academy Trust and work across 5 excellent schools.
About Chalklands
Chalklands is a cluster of 5 primary schools in the local area consisting of Hillcroft Primary School, Marden Lodge Primary School, Warlingham Village Primary School, Whyteleafe Primary School and Chestnut Park Primary School. As a cluster we have a collaborative approach towards working which means the schools can work closely together. The school’s benefit from being able to share resources and expertise and support each other where needed.
What we are looking for

- Holds a full driving licence
- A willingness for further training
- Experience of working in a school environment or in a similar role
- Promote and maximise the use of buildings and facilities
- Ability to lead and manage a small team
- Implement, follow and promote energy conservation measures within the school
- Implement and promote the school policies and procedures relating to all areas of employment and service delivery
