The successful applicant will be joining a team of experienced
Cluster School Business Managers, who are currently overseeing several schools
within the trust. This post will
further strengthen the services provided to our schools by working
collaboratively with a small number of schools; therefore, flexibility is key.
The successful applicant may be required on an
ad-hoc basis to cover specific projects or staff absences. The C-SBM will be jointly line-managed by
our Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Heads of School and will work closely
with our existing team in driving forward all aspects of improvement in the
HEARTS Trust. The role is hybrid and
will be based across our central office and schools.
The successful applicant will demonstrate excellence
in all aspects of school business administration and management.
