The vision of the London facilities team is that they will provide a learning environment where anyone can excel – i.e. the surroundings are attractive, safe, clean and tidy, they meet the needs of all our students and stakeholders.

You will lead and manage the 3 Site Supervisors to ensure site compliance (regulatory, H&S and best practice) and provide outstanding service to students and staff whilst at the same time delivering high levels of value for money and estates utilisation through effective management of contractors of the in-house teams. In addition to overseeing ongoing capital projects ranging from £10k to £10m. The London AP Academies have 3 Academies (1 Secondary & 2 Combined Primary/ Secondary) and 2 Managed Intervention Centres for NW8, W10 and SW6.
