Co-Educator (Teaching Assistant) job summary

As a Co-Educator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of pupils. Working closely with teachers, you will help create a positive and inclusive learning environment, assisting with the delivery of lessons and supporting individual or small groups of pupils to achieve their full potential.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting classroom activities and helping to implement lesson plans.
- Assisting pupils with additional needs, ensuring they can access learning effectively.
- Encouraging positive behaviour and fostering a nurturing, inclusive environment.
- Supporting the assessment and tracking of pupil progress.
- Helping to prepare learning materials and maintaining a well-organised classroom.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about education, patient, and adaptable, with excellent communication skills and a commitment to fostering a love of learning in children. Experience in a similar role or relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential.
