You should possess strong leadership skills, and be comfortable managing competing agendas. As a member of Faringdon Learning Trust, we are currently rated as OFSTED ‘good’. The report commented that “Senior leaders have strong ambitions and a clear vision for the school”. We firmly aspire to be ‘outstanding’ and surpass the progress already achieved. The school has a strong and motivated team of teaching and non-teaching staff, committed to ensuring the needs of our students are met and providing the best education they can.
As a Head Teacher with us, you will be welcomed in to our innovative and elective Multi Academy Trust with a strong partnership of Head Teachers and Central trust team supporting your ambition and continuing professional development. The central trust team allows our Head teachers greater capacity to concentrate on delivery of teaching and learning, whilst maintaining a local level of control and accountability.
