Co-Headteacher job summary

We are looking for an inspirational, motivational, and creative leader who, with the support of a dedicated staff team, will make decisions based on what is best for the children in our school. Our ideal candidate will be an experienced senior leader, an outstanding teacher with a resilient character, a strong personal drive, and a commitment to the wellbeing of all our staff, children, and families. Good communication, reliability, self-confidence, flexibility, and emotional resilience are essential qualities. The role is for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, not competitively, and someone who shares a common vision and belief with the existing co-head about how to build on the school’s recent successful Ofsted and SIAMS inspections, and how to meet some of the foreseeable challenges facing the school.
