The successful candidate will work with the Provision Lead and a team of specialist teachingassistants as part of the wider Castle Manor SEND team.

  • An outstanding literacy practitioner with high expectations of pupils achievement and behaviour with a track-record of delivering student results no matter their starting point.
  • Able to maintain and drive forward exceptional standards whilst meeting the complex needs of this group of students.
  • Anexcellent communicator who can coproduce provision with students, staff, parents and external professionals.

This position would be suitable for both primary and secondary colleague who have a passion and interest in working with our amazing young people.
