37 hours Term Time only, INSET days

Are you passionate about making a difference to young people’s lives? We have an exciting opening for a College Intervention Co-ordinator to join our Academy. This is an opportunity to join a dedicated team of staff who are committed to providing the best possible educational outcomes for our students.

The post-holder will work as part of the Behaviour/Pastoral Team, supporting individuals and groups of students. The successful candidate will focus on attitudes to learning, attendance, behaviour and student development.

Applicants should have a working knowledge of Microsoft office and be able to communicate effectively with visitors and parents.

Experience of working in a school or similar educational setting is desirable but not essential.
