College Manager job summary
The Governors wish to appoint appoint a well-qualified and enthusiastic College Manager to work as part of the College Leadership Team in ensuring the best outcomes for all students. We are willing to consider flexible working and adjusted hours for this position. The successful candidate will be the point of contact for parents and carers on college matters.
Be responsible for attendance administration for the College whilst overseeing teacher absence.
The role involves supporting students to develop independent study skills whilst provide pastoral support and advice to students on next steps through writing academic references. This is a key role in the college requiring the successful candidate to plan/support college events including parents evening as part of the College Leadership Team. This role is offered on a fixed term basis as maternity cover.
