What skills and experience we're looking for

We seek to appoint an outstanding member of staff who can provide support to the learning and inclusion of a Year 5 deaf pupil with an Education, Health and Care Plan. The post holder will be a flexible team member with excellent literacy, numeracy and communication skills with a calm, approachable manner and a passion to motivate pupils to succeed. They will be willing to undertake any additional CPD needed to support the pupil.

The successful candidate will be:

• Confidently use BSL (Signature) at Level 2

• Promote and support the inclusion of all pupils

• Encourage the student to engage with, interact and work co-operatively with others

• Friendly, calm and approachable
