Contract: Permanent, full time, 39 weeks per year.

Hours: 37 hours per week (08:00-16:00 Mon-Thurs, 08:00-15:30 Fri)

Job Overview

We are seeking to appoint a Communications Officer to provide efficient and effective administrative support as a member of the Admin team, with specific responsibility for communications with all stakeholders. As a successful candidate, you will promote a professional and friendly point of contact to all parents and visitors to the Academy.

Main duties include:

  • Written and verbal communication, ensuring queries are answered and messages are delivered in a timely fashion.
  • Using Microsoft Office programmes to prepare reports and letters to a high standard.
  • Update pupil records and be responsible for the communications module within Arbor
