Community and Sports Hub Manager job summary

Community and Sports Hub Manager

-Maternity Cover

-22 hours per week

-Scale Point 18 - 22 FTE

We are seeking a Community and Sports Hub Manager to cover a maternity leave within our wonderful sports and leisure hub, based at Woodrush High School.

The purpose of this role will be to provide a central point of contact and liaison with all Hub Stakeholders. This includes Sports Centre, Library, Training Consortium, Café, Youth Centre users. The successful candidate will have oversight of community services and initiatives, including Parties, Private Hire Functions, Community Events. They will retain managerial oversight of the gym accounts and contracts including service level agreements, casuals and budget reporting to school and Trust. In addition to oversight recruitment and on-boarding of staff and sub-contracted Personal Trainers, the Hub Manager will provide daily support and line management of Duty Officers, Leisure Assistants & Casual Staff.
