What skills and experience we're looking for

The successful candidate must have excellent and accurate keyboard skills (including a good working knowledge of Word and Excel) with excellent attention to detail. They must also be able to:

• work well in a small team
• communicate effectively with staff and students
• work flexibly and on own initiative
• prioritise own workload
• be able to demonstrate previous diary management experience
• be positive, flexible and well organised with good inter-personal skills
