Community Sport Development Manager job summary

The Community Sports Development Manager is responsible for the development of the Community Sports Offer, based at Ivybridge Community College.

The post holder will coordinate and develop all aspects of the operation working in collaboration with strategic management teams within the College. They will generate and evolve business and provide a high quality, competitive, commercially aware and cost-effective service to the College.

The Community Sports Development Manager will be a key point of contact for the public when dealing with all aspects of community sport, which also extends to children’s holiday provision and outreach work.

The post holder will be responsible for every aspect of running the facilities, including the line management of the Community Sports staff.
