Compliance and Budget Manager (Estates) job summary

We are looking for a suitably qualified, hardworking and enthusiastic Compliance Manager to work proactively as part of the Trust’s Core Estates Team. You will be based at the Core Office but the role will involve travel across all 7 sites within the Trust. The successful applicant will have shared responsibility for record keeping, monitoring, auditing and statutory compliance services relating to the management, safety, maintenance and development of the Trust’s estate. You will also be required to lead on the planning and implementation of the Trust’s fully costed 12-month capital refresh and replacement cycle plan along with planning and leading the 3-5 year long-term capital programme.

The successful applicant will have a good knowledge of Health & Safety requirements. IOSH Managing Safely qualification would be advantageous. Previous estate & facilitates management experience is essential.
