What will you do?
- Deliver the curriculum, prepare teaching materials, and ensure high standards of literacy and student progress.
- Establish a safe and stimulating environment, manage classroom behavior, and promote student well-being.
- Use assessment data to monitor student progress, set targets, and plan lessons.
- Collaborate with colleagues, participate in professional development, and communicate effectively with parents and external bodies.
- Promote and safeguard the welfare of students, ensuring compliance with school policies and protocols.

- Qualified to bachelor’s degree level in relevant or allied subject
- QTS Qualified
- Able to work independently, collaboratively and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills with children, parents and carers
- Ability to create and maintain professional working relationships

What the school offers its staff
Avanti Fields School is an all-through, faith-designated (Hindu) state school which welcomed the first intake of Year 7 students in September 2018, and first intake of Nursery and Reception students in September 2022. Avanti Fields School is a new all-through school which welcomed the first intake of Year 7 students in September 2018. The school is rapidly expanding, and will grow year by year to a full cohort of 1,320. This is an exciting time to join the school as it moves into its new state of the arts building and continues its journey to outstanding.
Avanti Fields School; we are an all-through; 3–16 Hindu-faith school – part of the multi-academy, Avanti Schools Trust.
