Words from some of our leaders:
“GST is a very Noble Trust. At its very core is the belief that every child should be given amazing opportunities and outstanding teaching in order to equip them to compete on a level playing field with their more affluent peers elsewhere. It is an honour to be counted amongst the Heads at Griffin Schools Trust”.

“As a new to post AHT, I feel that the support the Griffin School Trust provides is truly amazing. The core values and beliefs really interlock with the 3 pillars and is something that staff and children truly believe and buy into”.
AHT
“The Griffin Schools Trust has made a huge impact on our thinking about leadership and school improvement. The Trust’s school improvement processes, tools and levers are grounded in years of experience and evidence. The Trusts’ three pillars of Proud Traditions, Wide Horizons and High Achievement support the broad aim of a liberal education, empowering our pupils and teachers to deal with complexity, diversity and change”.
Head
“Trust executives understood my potential, but more importantly, where I needed direction to realise my unformed aspiration. The support and challenge from the Griffin Schools Trust has challenged me to become exceptional in order to gain equity for the very children, families and communities who need it most.
