About the role
We are excited to offer an opportunity for a creative and motivated individual to join our Trust as a Content Creator Apprentice. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in digital media, marketing, or communications.
As part of our central team, you’ll help develop and deliver engaging content that showcases the values, achievements, and stories across our family of schools. You’ll gain hands-on experience while working towards a Level 3 Content Creator Apprenticeship qualification, supported by experienced professionals who will mentor and guide you throughout your journey.
You will have the opportunity to contribute to real campaigns and creative projects that make a difference across our Trust. Key Responsibilities
Create and schedule content for social media platforms (X and LinkedIn)
Support internal communications via our staff intranet (Employee Hub)
Assist with marketing campaigns and digital storytelling
Capture photos, videos, and testimonials at school and Trust events
Collaborate with staff across schools to source and share positive stories
Help maintain our digital asset library and update website content
The role is an 18-month fixed term contract, of 37 hours a week with the following working pattern:
Monday – Thursday 08:00 – 16:00
Friday 08:00 – 15:30
