What skills and experience we're looking for
School food preparation
Understanding and experience of working with children.
Proven cooking/baking experience.
Experience of working in a busy kitchen
Awareness of Food Safety and Health & Safety legislation.
Able to record HACCP details daily.
NVQ Level 2 or Equivalent.
Hospitality & Catering
Ability to supervise a team with a calm quiet authority
Ability to work under pressure, able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
Positive Attitude, Motivated,
Honest and trustworthy.
Good team player
