This will be 27.5 hours per week Term Time only plus 5 training days.
Location: Appleton Roebuck Primary School
The STAR Multi Academy Trust wishes to appoint a highly enthusiastic and motivated Cook to join our STAR Eats team working in our Appleton Primary School kitchen. The successful candidate must be flexible and able to work under pressure and in a team. In return, we can offer a supportive and friendly work environment with a proven track record of offering development opportunities to all staff. Experience of working in a busy kitchen environment is essential.
The role will include:
The core focus of this job is delivering an efficient catering service operating to the highest standards of food safety. The post holder will do this by carrying out duties such as food preparation and service and other kitchen management duties including the supervision of staff, ordering food, stocktaking and administration, serving meals to children and staff, washing up and cleaning the kitchen and dining room.
STAR Eats consists of 9 primary schools and 1 secondary.
