Cover Administrator job summary

We are looking for a self-motivated and driven professional to join a highly performing Administration Team to organise cover for teacher absence and to work flexibly as part of the wider administrative support staff team

We are looking to recruit a Cover Administrator whose main role is to organise cover for teacher absence. The postholder will work with the Exams and Data Administrative Team to ensure the smooth-running of student lessons every day.

You will be joining a strong administrative team. Excellent training will be provided through an induction programme. We are looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a team, and building strong and effective relationships with colleagues, students and parents. You will need good organisational skills, a calm manner, and the ability to work in a busy environment and prioritise deadlines.
