Post: Cover & Administration Officer 

Location: Handsworth Grange Community Sports College 

Pay scale: NJC Grade 5, covering points 15: £23,953 to 20: £26,446 gross per annum pro rata 

Contract: Full-time, permanent, 37 Hours per week, 39 working weeks. 

Actual Annual Salary: £20,487.96 to £22,620.32

We are seeking to appoint a well-motivated Cover and Administration Officer who will join our outstanding support services team. The successful candidate will: 

• Have excellent organisational skills • Be able to work independently 

• Provide work to a high standard 

• Be flexible 

• Develop strong positive relations with staff and pupils 

• Have a good knowledge in written, verbal and IT skills 

• Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and meet deadlines 

• Be able to provide confidentiality at all times

The closing date is 9am on Monday 08 August 2022 and interviews will take place on week commencing 08 August 2022.
