Cover Coordinator job summary
About the role:
LDE UTC is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, hardworking individual to join our cover team. The hours of work are 7am – 3pm. The Cover Coordinator will provide effective administration of the cover process within the College to include the effective deployment of internal staff and external supply teachers where appropriate.
The Cover Coordinator will need to ensure all cover is set in the morning for planned and unplanned absences. They will also be required to provide classroom cover when required. The applicant should have experience in a similar role, as this would be advantageous and knowledge of SIMs programme, although training will be provided.
