Cover/Learning Supervisor job summary
Post: Cover/Learning Supervisor
Scale: L4
Contract type: Full time; Permanent: Term time (plus a possible 5 training days)
Start date: ASAP
Closing date for applications: Midnight on Sunday 8th December or sooner if the correct candidate is interviewed beforehand.
Interview date: TBC
Hours will be 8.30am - 3.30pm Monday to Friday term time
This may include a 30 minute lunch duty
About this role
Are you an enthusiastic and talented cover supervisor or an experienced TA looking to progress?
We are looking for a dynamic, hardworking individual to join our up and coming team and help children become the best they can be. This post will suit a Cover supervisor who is looking for new challenges or an experienced TA who wants to progress with their career.
The role is diverse and amongst your duties, you will be leading learning and supervising pupils in the absence of a teacher ensuring that the work that has been set it carried out in accordance with the school's teaching and learning strategy. On completion of the lessons you will be responsible for the collection of any work carried out and you will be expected to report back to the teacher on any issues.
