Job summary
Permanent, 37 hours per week, term time plus one week
Working hours: 7.00am start, Monday to Friday
An opportunity has arisen for a committed and conscientious individual who would like to contribute to the success of our school by working as a Cover Manager. We are looking for an individual who is organised and has high standards in all that they do.
The successful candidate will liaise with external supply agencies to meet daily needs, ensuring best value for the school, and deploy Cover Supervisors and agency staff to ensure that all lessons are covered. You will also provide in-class support to teachers and supervise whole classes to cover the short-term absences of teachers. It is essential that you have cover supervision experience, and that you are able to gain the respect of students and engender positive attitudes to learning.
