Cover Manager & Lead Cover Supervisor job summary
The Marlborough C of E School is seeking to appoint an excellent Cover Manager & Lead Cover Supervisor who is truly passionate about working across a range of subject areas, who can motivate students and promote good behaviour. As our Cover Manager & Lead Cover Supervisor, you would be responsible for ensuring that effective and efficient arrangements are in place for the supervision of students’ learning when the class teacher is absent, leading a team of cover supervisors and contributing to the wider school community. The role is ideal for an experienced Cover Supervisor, looking for career progression, or someone who is keen to take on a new challenge.
You will be someone who has high expectations of themselves and others, and someone thoroughly committed to making a difference to students’ lives.
