What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking a dynamic and and organised professional to join our amazing school asaCover Manager. You will be patient, organised, calm and able to work with a range of adults and young people.

Many of our previous cover supervisors have moved onto teacher training and QTS employment through us - and we would very much be willing to explore this once a new post holder has settled in.
