Cover Manager job summary

We are seeking to appoint a highly organised Cover Manager.
Duties will include leading and supporting a small team of Cover Supervisors to ensure that daily cover is delivered effectively. Good communication skills and time management are essential, as are excellent IT skills.
The hours of work in this post are 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year.
This role will also include cover supervisor duties.
The successful candidate will ideally have some prior experience of managing people. A knowledge and understanding of the education sector or experience of working within a school environment would also be desirable.
