What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint an outstanding practitioner to the post of Cover Manager.
The successful candidate will be a dedicated and committed professional who will be responsible for organising cover for planned and unplanned staff absences across the school in accordance with the national guidelines, including ‘rarely cover’.
This will include overseeing, maintaining and developing the school’s use of strategic and operational staffing, rooming, and calendar planning to ensure the effective continuation of learning and education across the school.
