We have a rare and exciting opportunity for you to join our team. We are looking to appoint a Cover Manager at this over-subscribed school. The successful applicant will be an energetic, organised and confident individual with excellent communication and IT skills.
This position is ideal for someone wishing to enter the teaching profession, having gained a quality experience in this school – we have a proven track record in supporting staff in progressing from a cover role to achieving QTS and we would be delighted to hear from applicants looking to work with us in this way.
Previous experience of working with young people preferably in an educational setting, with interest in supporting them to achieve their potential would be ideal.
Duties will include organising whole school cover using Bromcom, supervising students while they complete set work whilst maintaining our highest standards for behaviour and learning.
