Hours: 37.5 hours, 39 weeks (term time plus one week)
Working pattern: Monday 06:45 – 14:45, Tuesday 06:45 – 15:30, Wednesday and Thursday 06:45 – 14:45 and Friday 06:45 – 14:00

If so, we have the perfect opportunity to be a dedicated Cover Manager at Thomas Deacon Academy ensuring the smooth running of our cover procedures.
Your role:
As a Cover Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality of teaching and learning during staff absences. Your responsibilities will include managing cover requests, coordinating emergency cover, and ensuring that all cover lessons are well-prepared and effective. To be successful in this role, you will have strong organisational and communication skills and the ability to work under pressure. Experience in an educational setting is preferred but not essential.
