Cover Supervisor
Payscale: Scale 3, Point 7(FTE £25,584 per year, approx. £6,938 pro-rata)
12 hours per week, 38 weeks per year

About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally:
Have experience of working with children and/or as a Teaching Assistant
Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
Be enthusiastic, ambitious and serious about improving children’s life chances through education
Be highly organised, conscientious and able to set clear priorities when managing a busy workload
Be able work cooperatively and communicate clearly with fellow colleagues, parents and pupils
Have a ‘can-do’ attitude and has the ability to use their initiative
Be able to work flexibly and professionally
About Role
We are looking for an experienced Cover Supervisor to join our team, working 12 hours per week, 38 weeks per year with the working hours to be agreed with the successful candidate. The purpose of this role is to provide class cover from EYFS to KS2 to release teachers during PPA and management time.
