• Understanding of individual students’ requirements.

• Understanding of the practical application of school procedures which impact on student

supervision and behaviour management.

Birches Head Academy is looking to appoint a Cover Supervisor to join our dedicated staff, who will supervise classes in the absence of a teacher. The role will also include undertaking duties to support teaching and learning in subject areas, to be determined dependent on your area of expertise, supervision of students’ work and management of student behaviour.
