We are seeking an enthusiastic, efficient, reliable and confident individual to work with our staff and pupils as a Cover Supervisor.
The position of Cover Supervisor is a very rewarding position, vital to supporting the teaching and learning of our students. The role is permanent and you would be instrumental in supporting our amazing students, assisting them by creating a culture of success and ensuring they have a positive learning environment to increase student attainment, achievement and social and emotional development.
You will need to be well organised and professional in your outlook with good communication skills and the ability to relate well with both students and staff; previous experience working with young people is desirable but not essential. However, flexibility, resilience, good numeracy and literacy skills and excellent communication skills will be key. You will have an interest in teaching and learning and enjoy the challenges of working with children. A full induction programme, training and support is provided.
This fulfilling position would suit someone looking to progress within an educational environment or embark upon a career change or start their career in education as this role is an excellent stepping stone to becoming a teacher.
