We are a friendly team in a supportive and successful school where support staff are valued. Personal development for all staff is given high priority.

The successful applicant will be confident and supportive with good interpersonal skills, and have an empathy with young people; ideally, previous experience in a role working with young people will be a considerable advantage. Extensive training will be provided under the supervision of our Lead Cover Supervisors.

Our OFSTED grading has been confirmed as Outstanding (November 2023) and the inspection team have written that:

‘Staff say that they are very well supported. Staff feel valued. They have high praise for how leaders look after the staff’s well-being and their workload.’

‘A school of exceptional quality.’

‘Pupils meet leaders’ exceptionally high expectations for their work, personal development and behaviour.’
