Site:                    Queen Katharine Academy             

Hours:             37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 7.30am - 3.30pm . 39 weeks per annum (term time plus one week)

Salary:        Pathway 4, £23,620 - £25,292 (FTE £27,334 - £29,269) per annum

Your Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will manage and supervise students across various subjects during teacher absences, implement pre-set learning activities tailored to student needs, and collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth lesson delivery while providing feedback on student progress. You will have the ability to provide administration support to the cover team as and when directed by the Cover Manager. You will uphold school policies and engage in continuous professional development. Essential experience includes supervising children in an educational setting, supporting SEN students, and working as part of a team.
