Our Lady and All Saints Catholic Multi Academy Company (“the MAC”) was formed in April 2021 and currently comprises of 12 Catholic Primary Schools and 2 Catholic Secondary Schools across the Birmingham, Solihull, and Warwickshire areas.

The successful candidate will have relevant qualifications and/or experience in a similar role and be a strong team player, committed to the College’s ethos of high expectation and will seek to apply the College’s value system, known as Heart Values, into the work of the centre.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise classes in the absence of regular teachers
  • Manage student behaviour and ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment

    • Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials and maintain continuity in students' education
    • Provide support to students with their learning needs and foster their engagement
        • Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure effective classroom management
        • Be committed to promoting the Catholic ethos of our school.

        This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016). Therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
